“We are very picky about our teapots. This teapot works well because the spout comes from the bottom of the pot, rather than the top lip. It’s an apparently small point but it means that the inevitable fine tea scale that builds up during brewing remains in the pot rather than floating on top of your tea.”
“I was very disappointed with the design of the teapot. It is impossible to pick up the lid by the knob on the top. There is not enough to get hold of. I dropped the lid on the first use and chipped the enamel. It is now in the cupboard as an emergency teapot. You cannot pick up the teapot without a pot holder because the handle is too hot (I should have thought about that problem - being metal).”
