“The largest bowl is perfect for making bread in, using about 17oz (500g) of flour. The flour is measured directly into the bowl with a spoon (hence the ounces or rounded tablespoons). The mixing and kneading are done in the bowl, the dough is left in the bowl for the first prove and the second knead is also done in the bowl. It is light to turn and because it is wide, it is not awkward to get your hand in. There is very little mess to clear up so you get the maximum of pleasure, in the kneading, for the minimum of hassle. I enjoy my bread making more now I'm using this bowl. Thanks Falcon!”
