“Bought 4 mugs and the enamel on 3 of them was either not on or chipped off on delivery.
Whilst they have been replaced it makes me nervous about the remainder of the products I have bought.”

As mentioned in our email correspondence, products could get damaged during delivery. You had notified us of 2 mugs being damaged which have now been replaced.
