“I'm so happy to have these! The size and shape are so versatile. I'd been using ramekins for pot pies, and they're SO annoying to fill with pastry. I did find a single-serving pot pie to be a little larger than I wanted, but my husband devoured it. The sloped sides do give you a bit of control over the size of the pie as well.
I've found many other uses for these as well, like as cute serving trays for toasted bread, quickly tossing with oil and roasting things, baking partial recipes of tray bakes, etc. They also stack neatly, unlike ramekins; so I may work my way up to a larger collection someday.”
