“The 3 pint jug that I gave my grandson for Christmas arrived damaged. Falcon Enamelware provided a refund, which is appreciated, however, a damaged Christmas gift remained. In my view this is not acceptable. Better packageing for long-distance shipping is needed. The company has been in business for a very long time. Perhaps this is a rare occurrence, but I'm rating the product based on my own experience which I very much wish was different.”

We would not expect you to return a damaged item and would either offer to replace or refund a damaged piece.
