“Ordered CO alarms as a replacement for the faulty one already provided. Money withdrawn from our account and promised delivery within 2 working days. After 4 days we contacted to see where the items were only to find they did not have them in stock, despite receiving a tracking number for the package. 1 week on and still no refund for items they didnt even have in stock. Shocking!”
