“Excellent product, really pleased with final result. So pleased I bought the same flooring for an adjacent room. Also the guys at Factory Direct Flooring were extremely helpful, and deliveries arrived on time on both occasions. One item arrived slightly damaged (courier I suspect), but no quibble, it was replaced and arrived with 48 hours as promised. Highly recommended.”

“Easy to order online, and ten packs of LVT arrived on the day requested. Unfortunately, one pack was slightly damaged by the courier but e-mailed images as requested, and a replacement pack arrived within 48 hours.....no quibble. Spoke to the team on a couple of occasions and they were very helpful and courteous. Excellent customer service and great product.”

“Was initially so happy with the way this looked however quite a few pieces were damaged meaning we couldn’t finish the flooring without reordeing more and paying the expensive delivery costs. Some parts have lifted in a weird way over the past few weeks. Wouldn’t recommended”
