An easy to fit flooring, very nice natural finished look and nice and hard wearing. Great product.

Factory Direct have supplied our flooring for 2 years while we have been doing a piecemeal renovation of our home. They have always been a high quality product at a decent price delivered on time and with no fuss. Last week we messed up an order. The customer support rep went the extra mile to cancel the order and ensure the next order was still processed urgently. And their flooring is also a cut above, much better than anything from B&Q or the like. It's just a better quality flooring.

Looks good, fitting was very nicely tought but few pieces had glue mark on them. Good thing I ordered extra... Beside that all OK.

Has not been laid yet, but have played around with it,and it looks to be very easy to put together. The quality of vinyl planks is very good and colour is great.

Excellent product, combining the best features of laminate flooring and vinyl. Very easy to lay, can be cut with a Stanley knife to go around pipes, architraves, etc. Warm underfoot. Perfect for bathrooms and kitchens, just a shame they don't seem to make a tile effect pattern to give more style choice.

Lovely flooring. However, packaging was scuffed open at both ends of packs and the boards were exposed. Thankfully the boards themselves weren’t damaged.

I put this Aqua plank, Summer oak click, down as a replacement to a combination of lino and carpet in my daughters flat over 2 months ago. The existing surface was very flat after removing the carpet and lino and this went down without much trouble. I pulled all the skirting boards and notched under door trims using a multi tool to get a good and easy fit, then refit the skirting. Looks very professional and no gaps. I would say that wouldn't I!) and we're very happy with it. Hopefully it will wear well for a long time.
