“The vinyl looks good and performs as well as I had hoped in terms of extra sound damping. My only issue is that Factory Direct seemed not to want to sell me the flooring. They proved unhelpful in response to my inquiries and equally unhelpful in being unable to narrow down a delivery slot beyond the full day without a frankly punitive extra charge. Full marks for the vinyl and delivery guy, nul points to the blokes at Factory Flooring.”
