“I ordered a couple of samples which arrived quickly, then rang for advice and they were very helpful. I ordered lino, which was really good value for money, very prompt service and delivery. Unfortunately the lino was slightly damaged on arrival, may have been the delivery company but Factory Flooring were very helpful, offered a replacement or some credit which I took as the fitter managed to work around the damaged area.”
