“I cannot yet comment on the flooring as I’m still waiting my tradesman to lay it which is the only reason I’ve awarded 4 and not 5 stars. However, I can comment on the customer service which is one of the best I have ever experienced from any company. The communication was second to none, all those I spoke with were super helpful and I cannot fault any part of this. I’d happily recommend this company.”
