Excellent flooring we were so pleased we’ve had it put right through the bungalow. A little slippery for large dogs but a few mats takes care of that issue

The product is fine and very happy with that however the delivery process was a mess. As it is delivered kerbside I paid the additional fee to have the floor delivered in a specific time window so I could have some assistance there to get it up to my 2nd floor flat. This was arranged for a two-hour window one afternoon. In the morning on the day of delivery I had a call from the delivery driver saying he was 5 mins away, as I wasn't expecting the delivery for a few hours I wasn't there. As it was to be left outside my flat, and having no assistance, I asked the driver if he could come back at the specified time, he said no as he was only told to deliver it in the morning, he would have sent it back otherwise for which I would have had to pay. I headed back to my flat however I was on my own with no assistance, as they were due to come over for the window I had specified, and paid for. I couldn’t leave the flooring outside the front door so I asked the driver if he would help, he said yes, but only if I paid him. Faced with little choice I had to pay him cash to help me bring the floor in. It was over half a ton of flooring and underlay so couldn’t have moved it all myself. I then emailed Factory Direct Flooring to explain what happened and they only refunded the difference between a specific timed delivery and a normal one, they refused to refund any more money even though them not properly arranging a timed delivery had cost me additional money. So, in summary buy the floor (maybe from another retailer), but don’t pay for a specific delivery slot as Factory Direct Flooring seem incapable of arranging this even when you pay for it!
