“This CF is specially designed for people with oily & acne skin. In the ingredients, 15% of the prototype VC is used the same as the old CF/CE (the most effective VC is 15-20%). In addition, 0.5% ferulic acid (antioxidant) and 0.5% salicylic acid (anti-inflammatory, oil control, shrinking pores, and acne scars) are also added. The highlight of this new bottle is 0.5% Silymarin. According to published articles, silymarin has the effects of anti-photodamage, anti-UVA&UVB, anti-oxidation, whitening, promote skin and hair pigmentation, treat melasma, treat rosacea, scar repair, etc. The colour of the serum is light yellow liquid. I was really surprised that this new CF is lighter than the old CE/CF. There will be a slight sticky sensation one minute after applying, but it disappears quickly. Because I have been using 15% of VC, it is not too irritating to use this product. If you have sensitive skin, I recommend using it every other day to let your face get use to this serum. Overall it is really good, if you are oily and acne skin, buy it with your close eyes!!”
