“I give it such a low rating because when I opened the mask, part of the product was on the lid and it looked like someone had used it. The product is not cheap, so I was very upset.”

“I am not quite thrilled by the results. I have dry skin and even after layering multiple essences and serums, I did not notice a splash of longlasting hydration. The texture of the step one is gel-like and step two is more on the thick cream and still it is not enough for my skin. I suppose it will work better on normal to oily skin. Also, I prefer using it on my non-retinal days in order to take the most out of the formula, then I can see better results.”

“Product arrived battered and with some of the product in the lid . I actually questioned if the product was genuine as usually buy direct from Medik8. I’m a huge lover of their brand and ethos and have multiple including the fantastic r-retinoate, I’m hoping the HEO mask is as effective as the rest of their products”

“Great mask has left my skin super soft and hydrated. I have sensitive skin and was pleased this did not cause any irritation. Packaging is a little fiddly but not unusable.”
