“I take 2 capsules a day. I have been doing so for over a year. They are pretty big but are soft and are easy to ingest with food. My skin has become drier with menopause and I find that this product has improved my skin.”

“I use this product in conjunction with vitamin A and antioxydent from the same company. The Omegas have made a difference in my skin. I have been using this product for over a year. My skin is all over less dry and rough. I probably need to increase the dosage to improve on the results.”
