“Great product for anyone wanting to dip their toe into the vast ocean of retinals. I have always used retriderm 0.1 but for some unknown reason it has been unavailable so was advised to try Medik8. I went straight to the stronger strength. I’ve had no peeling or breakouts which you sometimes you can get starting a retinal and my skin looks nice and clear in a morning with no irritation whatsoever. It does have a strong perfume smell which is nice but I’m not a fan of putting fragrance on my face but it wouldn’t stop me from using buying it again. I’ve not seen any significant changes in pigmentation or texture but it’s early days and I don’t have huge issues with these to begin with. I personally think I could use a higher strength and will probably step up once I’ve finished this tube but overall a great cream to start with.”

“Very pleased with this product. I am 30 years old with acne prone skin dry on surface but oily under. I have used Medik8 Retinol intense 3R serum before (which was the first retinol I’ve introduced to my skin) and noticed visible change with my pores size after a mouth of consistency. Decided to go for higher % and found Retinal 6 which I think is better quality product, absorbs nicely so you can follow with your moisturiser.”
