I chose this product to be applied after retinol and that way it works for me. But few times when I used it alone just to moisturise my skin it really burned around my eyes and around the nose, where I have red skin due to non allergic rhinitis and constantly blowing my nose. I can only guess it is the fragrance in the product?.. Before buying it I thought it has excellent ingredients (apart from fragrance) to strengthen the skin barrier and it seems to be a good cream but definitely be careful around sensitive areas.

This is my go to moisturizer with my tretinoin. My skin does not sting nor peel and no irritation at all since i started to use this. It is quite pricey but i dont mind. This is the best one that i have use so far without giving me clogged pores

Hands downs the best barrier cream to alleviate skin dryness during those winter months. I use it in combination with la Roche posey cicaplast baume b5 and it works a treat!

I didn’t want to like this moisturiser as it’s my first time buying and pretty expensive but I’ve already fallen inlove with it. I use it 20 minutes after using skinceuticals 0.5 retinol and has really helped with my skin barrier whilst using retinol. It’s a thick beautiful cream and my sensitive spot prone skin loves it and hasn’t caused me any breakouts. Just wish this cream was cheaper will definitely continue to use through out the winter months and switch to a lighter moisturiser come spring.

I use this in conjunction with Age Restore, sometimes the HA intensifier and Ferulic. My skin really does benefit from this brand although it is expensive. For me and my age which is 61 it does seem to be staving off skin aging and keeps it glowing.

This is a lovely product for more mature skins, but as I have rosacea I would prefer that it was not perfumed. However, it has not caused any reddening or soreness and the results in terms of firmer skin are lovely.

I’m using this with HA intensifier but it could be used on its own. It’s a decent sized pot. It’s my first time with this after having receiving a sample a month or to ago. I’m only a few days in but it is working, it’s moisterising well and sits well under foundation/tinted day cream. My skin despite being 60 is looking good
