“Neostrata was the best eye cream to reduce puffiness but they changed the packaging and no doubt the ingredients. I dont find it as effective but Ihave not fond anything else better on the market... yet .”

“I used to find that product fantastic..they changed their packaging and I suppose they also changed some of the ingredients as I don't find the product as effectively as before..further although I have not changed my usage it does not last as Iong as it used to”
