“I have used this eye cream for years and thought it was the best eye cream ever ( getting rid of puffiness) .But the company must have changed/ altered the ingredients as I do not find it as effective these days ( they also changed their packaging around the same time? ). However, as I have not found a better eye cream I am still using it”
