“It caused me a reaction from first use. So I stopped using it on my face. Before I (barely) started using Cosmelan 2, I did the two weeks prep kit. First night I applied Cosmelan, I woke up next morning with very puffy eyes and cheeks, and super irritated red skin, looked like it was inflamed. This reaction lasted for about 5 days, then my skin started peeling and getting extremely dry. Also, when I opened the jar for the first time, the cream looked a lot darker, dark grey brown cream. So it's probably expired or spoiled. Bottom line, I don't recommend. I actually don't recommend any of mesoestetic products and I so far spent over £500 on them, trying to get the full range hoping it would be more efficient. Some products have perfume, others have alcohol.”

“Hi, I have been using Cosmelan 2 since December 2020 after having the face peel done. Its very strong stuff but amazing! Can get a bit sore at times on my face but when this happens I just back off using it for a few days.....The peel was AMAZING and the C2 is used as a preventative/maintenance cream after and i love the way it makes my face look and soo far has kept the melasma away for which i did the peel! Great product and amazing results :-)”

“If you are battling refractory melasma, give Cosmelan 1 peel a try. It is a spectacular treatment to slowly but surely rid skin of hyperpigmentation. Following with Cosmelan 2 is imperative to get the best result. By itself, Cosmelan 2 helps to keep hyperpigmentation at bay.”
