“Fake advertisement. Showing it is worth £65 but searched online just worth £14 which is a very mini gift bag for a brand I never heard of and includes a tiny amount of sample. Definitely not worth the money. What is worse is that I emailed the customer services and wanna return this product. The reply from Jade got no empathy hearing my disappointment but showing this cannot be refunded. I recommend this website to a few of my friends but from now on , I won’t never shop with this website again once I spent all my referral points. Terrible customer service.”
