“This box was a win win because it had bioeffect serum in it which I wouldn't like to be without. It has many other products that I should like to try but some contain linalool etc which I am allergic to ,so I shall filter out products I can try and products for friends to try and recommend face the future to them.”

“Was really excited to receive the survival edit but saw that the allies of skin cream expires 09/08/2023, less than 6 months away (closer to five months). Contacted face the future who said they can’t do anything about it and advised that it’s still safe to use for 9 months after opening which I will not be doing as there are actives in this moisturiser such as antioxidants etc that shouldn’t be used passed an expiry date. Face the future customer service have reduced to send a replacement and said the only course of action would be to return. Oh and just to note, the allies of skin cream was in their 2022 edit and that one had an expiry date of 2024. It’s obvious they are trying to get rid of old stock to old customers. Had the expiry date have been visibly advertised I would have been able to make an informed decision as to whether to have purchased the edit. Also I can see influencers on Instagram rave about this edit yet no one has mentioned the expiry dates. I have spoken to a few people who have the same edit who have the same product due to expire in august 2023. Do better face the future, this is unacceptable for paying customers.”
