“This has become my skincare routine, since my skin starting becoming hyper sensitive and showing signs of reactions to my regular skincare range at the beginning of the year. It is the only product I can use on my face without it reacting. I've tried several including la Roche-Posay Toleriane, but this I found sticky and started to cause red patches and peeling skin. My only problem is that I wish Avène made more fragrance free products, like a creamy cleanser, they all seem to have perfume apart from the tolerance range. I have recently introduced the Avène hydrance intense serum which is ever so slightly perfumed and I don't put a lot, so far so good. Whilst these products are great, as they're all I can use still, I do wish that they were more Hydrating. They're not like my old tropic skincare products that left me feeling so moisturised all day without the need to reapply during the day. Although I have found that using the Avène intense protect sun cream (fragrance free) is helping to hydrate my skin a bit more. Some people have said they find it oily, I personally don't at age 45 I need hydration and this helps give a little more as well as topping up with the Avène thermal spring water.”
