“Thirty years ago I moved to Canada, I bought myself a special silver pen. It came a with a few refills. When I ran out , the store I had bought it from had gone. I tried looking everywhere, and there was only one place in the world I could find it- Executive Pens Direct. I ordered two. They’ve lasted me a good few years. Luckily, I kept their card and ordered again. They still had the record of my previous purchase and replaced it with the exact same refill. I bought five more. I figure this should last me the rest of my life. The order came so quickly I could hardly believe it. I’m so grateful to continue to use my very special pen with the same ink . So glad there is some place in this world that still gives good service and that I could count on. Extremely grateful.”
