“I have had my powerfile for quite awhile now and I have used it a lot, to the point where the bearing on the end collapsed. I has very glad to see that I could buy a replacement part, but when I added it to my basket and checked I thought the postage was high so I decided to buy two of the parts instead. The 24 hour delivery charge wasn't too bad in that case. However they then took 3 working days to arrive, so wasn't too happy about that and it wasn't the courier who was delayed.”

“The tools overall are very good value for money. However. The items I have purchased are to replace broken ones. That have not lasted the year. I have already had them replaced under warranty once. So decided to buy a bulk stock of them.”

“Part replaced after long and reliable service of (quite cheap) belt sander. Excellent spares price, quick delivery and reasonable quality (rivet holding backing spring needed to be ‘adapted' to align spring with guide bar). Based on my experience Evolution make quality, serviceable, products at excellent prices. Great after sales service and value. MikeC”
