“We make Damascus knives and other custom metal fabrication projects. There is no comparison between the Evolution saw and the abrasive cut off saws we've been using. Stock prep is much faster, and cleaner (no clouds of abrasive particles everywhere). There is less deburring needed after cutting. The base is a nice solid casting instead of a stamped sheet metal pan. Knobs and lever handles are cast metal instead of plastic. Most importantly the cutting performance blows abrasive saws out of the water. This saw is definitely the best metal cutting option we've tried in its price range.
