“This saw works extremely well for cutting 2 X 3 X .120 wall tubing and 1 1/2" square tubing w/.120 wall. I've also cut other solid steel stock with no problems at all. Also, this saw has an acme thread which is what you want over a standard thread. I also added a few drops of oil onto the threads to prevent galling. I used a small square to make sure the jaw was at a right angle to the blade because the movable spring-loaded pin has too much slop in it to repeat correctly. Other than that I have no complaints and I'd buy it again. This bench is 12 feet long, TIG welded with the legs painted silver and top painted teal color.”

“So far, so good. Cuts easily and cleanly. Cuts are quite square considering the size of the saw base. It should give good service to me as a hobbyist. I do not handle it roughly but have successfully cut 1 1/4 square annealed 4140. Not sure how long it would last in a production shop.”

“I have been needing a saw that can mitre and cut angles on metal tubing and angle iron, and found youtube videos that claimed this saw was the best thing since sliced bread and now I'm wondering if it can slice bread.
