Unpacked and followed assembly on YouTube.. better than the manual.. Top sliding mount had to be rotated slightly to true. Blade was not true and had to be adjusted. The Lazer light socket was hanging out of its mount but easy to put back and align. Blade is quite harsh on wood and get a lot of breakage on the edge... but I never got it as a precision saw so not too worried about that. Saved me loads of time on my fencing.. Dust bag is a total waste of time.. hardly collects anything so I need a hoover or something. Haven't cut any metal yet but I hope to soon. Overall great for my DIY projects... Might invest in a wood blade though... Shame they don't include one.. would be better than the bag..

I have only just had a chance to use this machine and it seems to work reasonably well but required adjustment in all planes to obtain a square, upright cut.

This has to be one of the best saws I have ever bought. A very heavy duty piece of kit. Just absolutely fantastic.

Absolutely superb, this mitre saw has just saved me a great deal of hand sawing, can't fault it either.

Well thought-out design with knobs and levers well placed and easy to use. Scales and angle pretty well spot-on out of the box. Good cutting, worked well on wood and aluminium. Some topside edge chipping on melamine faced. One small shortcoming though, is the securing of the blade. Narrow lip requires careful positioning and holding while tightening and hole in side guard in wrong place to put in a stop to prevent the blade turning while doing up the allen screw so one is holding cutting edge. Overall, a great buy.
