I was disappointed that my previous identical saw broke down just outside the guarantee period despite only moderate use but, after comparing prices and looking at recent reviews, I decided to put this down to bad luck. Provided this one lasts longer it is a great product for a keen DIYer. Easy to set up, and accurate.

This is a replacement for my first Rage3 , which we passed on to our son who said after fitting a new blade, the old one had been used for 5 years, his comment was that it cuts seamlessly what more can one say

The Rage 3 is everything it claims to be, I bought the stand to go with it and for a D.I.Y person with a history associated with construction, I have found it to be the best quality product I have purchased. It is accurate and easy to use with good safety features, a solid piece of kit that would look and perform well in a professionals tool kit

I did not buy this for its normal purpose although I may use mitering later. Essentially I wanted a powerful chop saw to use on foraged wood for my woodburner. So far the saw has performed very well within the limitations of its capacity. I fitted a dust bag from an older saw but it does not pick up much. I am hoping to try with a vacuum cleaner attached as I am creating masses of sawdust.
