“this is the first compound mitre saw I have purchased. most of my cabinet work is done by hand and eye. this saw was purchased to do a skirting job on site, I was not able to use a bench or proper vice for the precise joints I needed. this saw was used straight from the box so it was a case of makey learney as you went along. the reason for using a machine for cutting joints was it was quick and kept costs down for the client ( less time on site ) unfortunately the flexing of the slide rails did make some bad joints initially until the cause of the problem was identified. my advice is to use and practice with the saw beforehand.”

“The clamps aren't adequate and I've added to horizontal ones which much improve this. Your horizontal clamp is too long. Speed contro would also be good. I have this on another cut-off saw and it's well worth having.”

“Really good all rounder, good build quality, laser helps get the cut just right, only one draw back, that is you have to assemble it before use, other than that perfect power tool.”

“Now 9 months since I purchased this saw for DIY work around the home and it has proved equal to every task I've thrown at it. Apart from its obvious capabilities with various types of wood, I've cut light steel and the finish when cutting plastic drain pipes and gutters was a sight to behold with burrs now confined to the history books. Before buying, I did read some critical reviews from tradesmen who questioned its setting accuracy and suitability for 'site' work, but I can honestly say I've not yet experienced any such problems. A brilliant piece of kit which has proved a superb purchase and is highly recommended.”

“Purchase the saw primarily to fit my new hardwood floor I found the quality of the cut excellent the build quality of a high standard and felt it was very good value for money I would say not to supply the dustbag is a little bit miserly. I also purchased the stand which I found to be great help I would thoroughly recommend this Product.”
