“The saw as provided is a good product and works well. There are two problems, the adjustment screw for the angle rotation is very fiidly and difficult to use and the securing clamp for wood can only be used on the left side as on the right side it hits the motor and is no use OK to use with additional clamping arrangements”

“A great saw. Accurate, maintains a sharp edge and cuts like a dream. I used it to make frames for my artist wife. That was after I'd used it to cut all the joints for a large conservatory.”

“Basically very useful for larger diy jobs. Limited workpiece thickness without the slide, but this can be overcome to an extent by removing the guard screw and operating without the guard - probably not recommended practice!”

“Bought this as it is small and very portable, Just as reliable as my larger saw although the smaller cut depth is sometimes a problem ~I have been very please with the way this performs”

“A very good Multipurpose Mitre Saw for the price, the only drawback is the non-standard size of the replacement blades, which means they are very expensive and will quickly make the total cost of ownership too high. A great shame as otherwise it is another good Evolution power tool.”
