“I brought this to cut Wider pieces of wood I am quite happy with basic cut only used it twice, one thing that lets it down is there was no collection bag in box and it's a heavy machine to carry about.”

“The machine is easy enough to put together and calibrate Except that I could not get the laser to shine where I wanted it to. This task is made even more difficult by the fact that the lateral movement of the laser is controlled with two screws (either side of the holding bar behind) that hold the mounting plate in place; the the mounting plate is made of a flexible material so the lateral angle of the beam shifts all over the place as you tighten first one, and then the other, of the screws!! The machine is easy enough to use, save that I never got the laser quite to my satisfaction, but the cut isn't quite as clean as I had hoped and the Dustbag is a complete waste of money; virtually nothing goes in to it.”

Sorry to hear you have an issue with your machine. Please contact our customer service department on 0114 2511022 option 1, where we can provide you with a warranty claim form and uplift your unit for repair. Due to the nature of this machine the RPM speed has been reduced to allow for the multipurpose technology, which does mean if plunge cutting direct the material will fall to the back. To get the best performance please ensure the head is pulled back then plunge into the edge nearest to you then push away from yourself into the material. Using a vacuum and adaptor is the most effective dust reduction for our units and should reduce the fine dust particles. Larger will need to be cleared safely from the back of the unit. Kind Regards
