“I bought this saw last year as I was doing a lot of work around the house, new floors, doors, skirting etc. The saw performed flawlessly and I was extremely happy with it. There is one small problem though. After finishing all my work I wanted to store the saw back in it's box for ease of storage. I removed the cutting head first and then tried to remove the sliding mechanism which promptly became stuck half way out, it would neither go forwards nor backwards. I contacted the customer support team who were able to send me the instructions on how to remove it but they did say that building the machine should only be a one time operation and that it was meant to stay built. Most people just don't have the facility to keep the saw in an assembled state and would quite naturally want to pack it away. It would have been good to be forewarned in the instruction book about this and the fix was so simple I think Evolution should put an extra sheet explaing how to disassemble the saw when finished with it. Other than that the saw was great and as it turned out so was the customer support. My saw is now safely back in it's box waiting for this years round of DIY. Happy days”
