I wanted a cutter that was electrically powered, the Evolution saw has been amazing and makes cutting blocks and paving very easy.

Bought recently to assist with DIY building work. The disc cutter has performed really well and has tackled all the jobs for which it was purchased. Thank you Evolution.

Although I haven't used it for any extended periods, so far it has been fine. Compared to petrol ones I have hired in the past it is so much easier to use. Just press the button and pull the trigger and off you go. Easier to handle as well which is a bonus. Cutting down (or should I say up as a forward motion is best for starting off)a line it is easy to see where the blade is so very accurate. I was worried that without a water suppression system it may create too much dust but this hasn't been a problem so all in all very pleased with my purchase.

This is my second purchase in four years. This tool is in my opinion much better to use than a petrol stone cutter. Its lighter and you don’t have any flammable liquids to carry. The only downside I think is that the blade is hard to centralise into the saw to stop movement. This blade could do with a reducing ring.
