“I thought it was worth trying this to cut 17mm lengths off lengths of elm and oak(?), thinking it would not be sufficiently fine for this delicate task. Fantastic clean cut, just a very small amount of tearout on one face that was easily remedied by light sanding.”

“So far only used for one session of cutting wood for stove. While new it is a great tool, much better for wood cutting than the standard general purpose Tungsten Carbide tipped blade. How long will it last, will it still be a great tool after a winter's wood cutting? With TCT tipped blade it should be, but only time will really tell. A review after a winter seasons use will be the most valuable.”
