“Wow. This saw is an absolute game changer for me. I have always cut metal for my projects using a tradition cut off wheel on a grinder which takes awhile, throws sparks everywhere, and is rarely a perfect cut. This thing just cut through 3x2x1/4" angle iron like it was a piece of wood, gave me a perfect 90 degree cut, and was cool to the touch! There will be no going back for me at this point. Zero regrets.”

“This saw cuts steel like butter! Packaged well to prevent damage and delivered quickly. As received the cuts are accurate enough you can deal with it. But you have to shim the hinge base if you want really square cuts. The fence has no stops, so aligning it to the blade with a square or protractor is necessary, at least until you scribe alignment lines on the base. The motor sounds and feels like the bearings are either cheap/loose or in failure. I’m guessing/hoping the former.”
