“First one was appalling, filthy like it had been used and put straight into the box . Box was like it had been kicked around the warehouse. Second was fine but no blade or hose attachment included. New blade etc was forwarded. Don’t expect next day delivery , will be 3days ! Michelle in customer service was amazing and a credit to the company. Would I order any other products which I was intended,,,,, very unlikely.”
