“This is an excellent circular saw which is capable of cutting a variety of materials with the supplied blade. It is advertised as a single saw with one blade that cuts all. This is not a false claim. In my experience, it is capable of cutting most types of wood Ferrous and non-ferrous metals and various types of plastic. I would not use the multi-use blade on materials where a fine finish is required such as for example an oak door because the edge finish can be quite chipped. However, with a finer toothed blade there would be no problem. It has a relatively quiet and powerful 1600W hi-torque motor and using the 1020mm saw track included (also available as 1.4 or 2.8 metre options as an additional purchase) it will perform very accurate cuts. It will cut bevels at angles between 0° - 45° and it adheres to the same cutting line at any angle when used with the track. The depth of cut is 64mm or 47mm at 45°. It is relatively lightweight at 4.8kg and is comfortable to use with soft-grip handles and dust extraction ports to minimise dust. It comes with a 3 Year limited warranty and the pack includes the multi-material TCT Blade, 2 Hex keys, one for blade change (conveniently stored on the saw) and one to connect the three pieces of track, a parallel edge guide, dust port adapter and hose connectors”
