“The parts came as described, the issue is that they are made from moulded plastic so they wear away and slip which is very annoying. The plus side however- they only sent one as opposed to the pair and when I emailed customer service to point out the error they rectified it immediately and I received the missing component the following day. It wouldn’t go amiss if there was an instructional video on how to replace them as well”
