“The insert plate was of good quality - but was advertised as 2 pieces (one replacement centre). However, I only received the main insert plate, When I queried this I was told that it was on sale because the additional replacement was out of stock and therefore the plate was being sold at a reduced price, I was informed that if I wanted the additional plate, I could 'purchase' it when it back in stock!!!! My main gripe was that the advert clearly portrayed 2 pieces for sale - apparently, there was some small print that explained that only one part was available! This explanation I found wholly unacceptable and to compound matters further the feedback request even states 'clearance plates' (plural). I did (reluctantly) keep the plate as I had urgent work to do, and in truth lacked the motivation to spend further time debating the point with them (they are paid to. I'm not). C'mon Evolution get your act together! Caveat Emptor!”

Mark, We'll send you one out FOC when they come back in stock. The product listing does clearly state that there is only one insert included at the current reduced price, but I agree the old photo showing both inserts was misleading.
