“Ordered several different items some with different quantities required. the order was placed on Sunday and should have arrived Tuesday, it did not, and turned up Wednesday all items supplied were single items only, ie instead of 7 screws only 1 and so on.”

Hello Ernest and thank you for your feedback. All spare parts (with the exception of carbon brushes) are sold as single pieces, so if multiples are required, the full quantity needs to be added to basket. Your order is for single pieces when this has been checked from this side.
