THE PERSON I SPOKE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SAID WE WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT THE GUARANTEE WAS NOW IN PLACE HOWEVER IT IS YET TO COME, I LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVING IT”
