“Ordered the correct part and incorrect part was sent. The diagrams on the website were hard to navigate. Told them straight away as need this for work. Now waiting for them to resolve the issue as although I've told them they will only exchange the item and not supply one and then let me return it after. As this was not my fault it's not the best CS and it's also not my fault they sent me a more expensive part incorrectly. Some guide rails wouldn't go a miss for the massive inconvenience. Let's hope I get my parts exchanged Monday as promised.”
