“A little smaller than my old machine ut capacty conoares well. Such a SWEET machine, well designed,well made. Cutslike a knife through (soft) butter, and is whisper quiet, the soft start adds to its appeal. The superb stand complements the package. And, Evolution is a British ompany what's not to like ?”
