“This review relates to an inner flange. I originally ordered an outer flange which I quickly realised was wrong. The first inner flange that I ordered was also wrong. Both wrong orders were my fault. I eventually rang and spoke to a charming lady who very quickly arranged for me to receive the correct one and was also able to tell me how to remove the failed one. (It failed as the result of my over ambition). The new flange arrived next day and I was able to return the two incorrect ones. Refunds for the two incorrect ones arrived very quickly. All in all I cannot fault Evolution, very responsive and very helpful. The mitre saw is now up and running again.”
