“I have evolution mitre saw, normally this machine is black colour, so I needed a spare part, I ordered it from this website, paid for express delivery the next day, it arrived very late after 4 days, I contacted customer service who promptly refunded me the shipping cost, for which I can only thank you. I leave a low review because I received an item in an absolutely different and atypical color, in gray, I don't know why? given that everything on the machine is black. For me, this is important when selling the machine in the future.”

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the late delivery. I am glad to hear we refunded your carriage for this inconvenience. We have 2 versions of some of our machines, plus and non-plus but generally only carry one version of the spare parts in stock which may be the cause of the difference in colour of the part. I will pass on your feedback however. Once again, thank you for your feedback and for choosing our website for your spare parts needs.
