“Purchased this saw and couldn't be happier. Very well packed and easily built, does everything it's claimed to do cutting many types of material and a really accurate laser guidance system. Also purchased the stand specifically for this saw and that is also excellent, easily constructed and holds the saw well with simple connection and breakdown. Highly recommended for anyone considering making a mitre saw purchase.”

“Well-made with a solid construction. It works well and cuts perfectly. The instruction manual is a dog though. Several of the diagrams bear no relationship to reality and are difficult to follow. Got there in the end but it took much longer than it should have done - very poor and spoils what would otherwise be a five-star review.”

“I purchased this as an upgrade to a budget, supermarket mitre saw that never cut straight. The Evolution is really easy to set up out of the box with a simple YouTube video guide to help you through the process. All the parts feel well machined/cast and nothing needs to be forced as the tolerances are spot on. I have my previous saw to compare to and it's like chalk and cheese! Where the old saw felt like it was tearing and burning through the wood, the Evolution glides through with no effort at all. The multi-material blade is amazing and the sliding mechanism is straight and true. I checked all the stops and guides for 90 & 45 degrees and everything was perfect out of the box but adjustments are simple with good solid locking stops if required. A couple of features I really like are the flip-down depth stop for quickly switching between full cuts and repeatable, fixed depth cuts and also the laser guide being powered from the mains and not requiring an extra battery. Looking forward to putting this tool through its paces with my new workshop build in a few weeks. Highly recommended and will buy more Evolution tools in the future.”
