Really pleased with this Mitre Saw which I purchased alone with the Evolution Mitre Saw Stand. Ideal for the purpose for which I purchased it which was replacing old decking. Great value for money

Absolutely a great addition to my shop, Outstanding multiple use blade. Excellent features , the quick release leavers makes removing the saw from the stand effortless . For the price adding the stand was an easy choice. The stand is well built and functional, plus it easy to break down and transport. I already own an Evolution table saw. My only regret is you do not make more products, I would fill my shop with only Evolution.

I am a novice woodworker and chose this from a good review site. I found it easy to learn and feel safe using it. Pleasant tool to use.

Arrived very quickly. Their are a number of good videos on YouTube which are easy to follow and enable you to set it up and check the blade alignment. Very versatile, excellent quality at a reasonable price. Does what it says on the box. I wish I had bought one years ago.

Good price, and performs ok. Clamps for holding work are very poor. Difficult to hold short lengths of skirting board.

Cutting like scalpel trough 2x4 timber. All extra accessories allowed me to cut 3m timber with no need for extra table or support. Not tested on other material than wood.

I foolishly wrecked my old mitre saw by trying to cut an oversize piece of wood but it turned out to be a bit of luck in the end as I replaced it with an Evolution. The Evolution is so much better in every respect - the quality of build, its heavier, more powerful and makes wider and more accurate cuts. The most important point is that the saw blade is wonderful. My hobby is making things out of rubbish (up cycling) and now I no longer have to check for nails and screws and remove them because the saw cuts through them like butter. Assembly out of the box was a doddle. It is quite obvious how the three main parts slot together and then how all the accessories fit on. The only thing that you do need to know is that the blade is fitted with a left threaded nut (the opposite of the childish rhyme righty-tighty, lefty-loosey). If you do need help You get a printed user guide (with tiny diagrams) but you will find that its much better to download the digital version which can be resized to your liking. I will need the user guide for when I need to do some fine tuning but at present the factory settings are working well. There are plenty of saws available in this price range but I doubt if you will find anything which comes close to offering this value for money,
