“I’ve always liked Evolution power tools and my old reciprocating was of the type where you had to undo two grub screws with an allen key (which I was forever loosing), was past it’s best. The new Evolution one, on the other hand, has a good, nice and easy quick change system. I thought also, that the ability to twist the handle might come in handy, it did. My only concern was that it might be under powered, being of a lower wattage than the older model and a lot of its competitors, but took a chance on it anyway. I needn’t of worried, it performed extremely well and despite cutting through thick tree roots as well as the surrounding soil, it didn’t labour at all. In combination with the supplied blades it out performed my one old, easily. It is very reasonably priced and from a British company, I would recommend it to anyone who needs or who just wants one.”
