“Absolutely terrible service, rip of prices and they do not respond to email complaints. Paid £10.80 for a dust bag that should have been included in the purchase of the saw. Next day delivery was 5 days. Delivery cost was £5.99 when £1 would have covered the cost. It came via UPS and the parcel label said 10kg when the item only weighed 80 GRAMS. They ask for a review but can’t be bothered to respond to an email. Waste of time”

“Obviously not expecting LEV quality but even for on site the bag isn't very good, now I know why it's not supplied on purchase. Clip is nowhere near good enough to support the bag.”
